There are many theories about what the best way of learning and knowledge sharing is. A very interesting way of learning and knowledge sharing is presented by Sugata Mitra. He has proven in the last few years that all kind of children everywhere in the world are able to learn great things without interference of teachers or any other adults. How? Please check out his Ted Talk. It is very interesting, inspiring and funny!

Another model that might help in achieving an innovative environment in your organization

Following up on an earlier discussion about how to integrate innovation into the corporate world, I like to present an interesting article by Drew Boyd. He shares a simple ‘Innovation Competency Model’ which shows the core competencies of innovation. The model does not show any complicated features. Again it comes down to creating an environment that is able to see ‘outside the box’, try viewing things a bit more creative, opening yourself for change, make use of each others knowledge and the knowledge you can craps around you.

Do you think it would be a model that can be useful to your organization?
